Yes, we are providing customized card size  

May I have some free samples?

Yes, we are so glad to send you some current samples for your reference. The samples are free, you just need to handle the delivery cost.  

Is there a minimun order?

Our minimum order is 100 cards.  

Can you advise any format requirement of the original file for card production?

Yes, please send the files in “AI.”or “CDR” format with “greate outlines” to us by email.  

Is there color difference between the original design and actual cards?

The fact is that the colors shown on the monitor we saw and the color printed in actual products have differences. For the best quality effect, you may provide us a match sample or the specify Pantone colors. We match the colour over 90% which is much more above the industry average of 80%  

What is a plate/printing fee?

A one-off fee is charged for certain print options. The customized production varies from standard production processes. Normally, it costs around USD45 ~ USD80.  

How long will I get my cards?

It depends on the shipping method chose, the craft and the number of cards produced. Normally, the cards will be sent out within 7~15 days after payment is completed.  

Which method of payment shall I use?

The trade assurance order is recommended. Alibaba platform will protect your orders from payment to delivery, or by T/T, Paypal and so on.  

Is there any quality assurance for my purchase?

Yes, we provide quality assurance for 1 years, except the physical damage.
